Everyday questions about raising a child: sleep, eating, routines, behaviour, development, family life. RaisedWell Text is a parenting service, not a medical one. Questions about illness, symptoms, medicines or a diagnosis are blocked by the app or declined by the pediatrician.

We aim to reply within two working days (Monday to Friday, except Greek public holidays). It is a target, not a guarantee. If a message of yours waits more than 48 hours for a reply, that conversation does not use up a question.

Parents or guardians aged 18 or over, for their own children aged 0 to 16, in their own household. Two parents can share one account, and both see the whole conversation history.

Every new account includes one free question, with no time limit. It is not a free trial: it never turns into a paid subscription, and nothing is charged unless you choose to buy a subscription.

Through Google Play; we never see your card details. The monthly subscription renews each month, and the six-month subscription every six months, until you cancel it in Google Play. You can withdraw within 14 days of a purchase; the details are in the Terms of Use.

At each renewal a subscription starts again at 10 or 60 questions, and unused ones lapse. If a subscription ends without renewing, its unused questions are kept.

English and Greek. The app works in both, and you can write in either.

Yes. Answers here are general guidance based on what you describe; no child is examined. For check-ups, illness and anything that needs an examination, see your child's own pediatrician.

They stay on your phone; we never receive them. If you change phone, uninstall the app or delete your account without exporting them first, they are lost. How we handle your messages is set out in the Privacy Policy.
