Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Raised Well text collects, why, and what your rights are under GDPR and Greek law.
1. Who we are

The processing of your personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019, the Greek implementing legislation of the GDPR.
2. What data we collect

4. How long we keep your data
Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 12 months after its expiry or cancellation, to meet tax obligations under the Code of Tax Procedure (Law 4174/2013). After this period, your data is deleted or anonymised.
5. Who we share your data with
Your data is not sold, disclosed, or transferred to any third party, with one exception:
Stripe, Inc. acts as a data processor (Article 28 GDPR) for payment processing. Stripe is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and is governed by its own privacy policy. No other data transfers outside the EEA take place.
6. Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR and Law 4624/2019, you have the following rights. To exercise any of them, contact support@raisedwell.eu. We will respond within 30 days.
- Access (Art. 15): Receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your data, where no legal retention obligation applies.
- Restriction (Art. 18): Request that we limit how we process your data under certain conditions.
- Data portability (Art. 20): Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Object (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interest.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA):

7. Children's data
This service is addressed to adult parents and guardians. We do not directly process children's personal data. Any reference to a child within the service is made exclusively through the adult subscriber, in accordance with Article 8 GDPR and Article 21 of Law 4624/2019.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to subscribers via WhatsApp or email at least 14 days in advance. The current version is always available at raisedwell.eu/privacy.

4. Διάρκεια διατήρησης δεδομένων
Τα δεδομένα σας διατηρούνται για όσο διαρκεί η συνδρομή και για 12 μήνες μετά τη λήξη ή ακύρωσή της, σύμφωνα με τον Κώδικα Φορολογικής Διαδικασίας (Ν.4174/2013). Μετά το πέρας αυτής της περιόδου, τα δεδομένα διαγράφονται ή ανωνυμοποιούνται.
5. Κοινοποίηση σε τρίτους
Τα δεδομένα σας δεν πωλούνται, δεν κοινοποιούνται και δεν μεταβιβάζονται σε τρίτους, με μία εξαίρεση:
Η Stripe, Inc. λειτουργεί ως εκτελών την επεξεργασία (άρθρο 28 GDPR) για τις πληρωμές. Η Stripe είναι πιστοποιημένη βάσει του EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Δεν πραγματοποιείται καμία άλλη διαβίβαση δεδομένων εκτός ΕΟΧ.
6. Τα δικαιώματά σας
Βάσει των άρθρων 15–22 GDPR και του Ν.4624/2019, έχετε τα παρακάτω δικαιώματα. Επικοινωνήστε στο support@raisedwell.eu. Απαντούμε εντός 30 ημερών.
- Πρόσβαση (άρθρο 15): Λήψη αντιγράφου των δεδομένων σας.
- Διόρθωση (άρθρο 16): Διόρθωση ανακριβών ή ελλιπών δεδομένων.
- Διαγραφή (άρθρο 17): Διαγραφή δεδομένων, εφόσον δεν συντρέχει νομική υποχρέωση διατήρησης.
- Περιορισμός (άρθρο 18): Περιορισμός της επεξεργασίας υπό ορισμένες συνθήκες.
- Φορητότητα (άρθρο 20): Λήψη δεδομένων σε δομημένο, αναγνώσιμο από μηχανή μορφότυπο.
- Εναντίωση (άρθρο 21): Εναντίωση στην επεξεργασία βάσει εννόμου συμφέροντος.

7. Ειδικά δεδομένα παιδιών
Η υπηρεσία απευθύνεται σε ενήλικες γονείς/κηδεμόνες και δεν επεξεργάζεται άμεσα δεδομένα παιδιών. Οποιαδήποτε αναφορά σε παιδί γίνεται αποκλειστικά μέσω του ενήλικα συνδρομητή, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 8 GDPR και το άρθρο 21 Ν.4624/2019.
8. Αλλαγές στην παρούσα Πολιτική
Ενδέχεται να ενημερώνουμε την Πολιτική Απορρήτου περιοδικά. Ουσιαστικές αλλαγές θα κοινοποιούνται στους συνδρομητές μέσω WhatsApp ή email τουλάχιστον 14 ημέρες εκ των προτέρων. Η τρέχουσα έκδοση είναι πάντα διαθέσιμη στο raisedwell.eu/privacy.
