When the question is about your child, you deserve an answer from a real doctor — not a chatbot, not a consultant, not a reel, not a thread. Not an algorithm that isn't thinking about your child — or worse, that doesn't think at all, yet replies with confidence.

Yes — I am talking about your AI companion.

RaisedWell — Text is a direct line to a trained pediatrician (and nothing else). You send a message, a doctor reads it — actually reads it — and replies. In plain language (English, and Greek). We say 24 hours because we have to — it won't be that much.

RaisedWell — Text pediatricians are, by design, also parents. An AI will never understand what it feels like to worry about your child. We do.

That is all this is. That is also quite a lot.

• NOT a telemedicine platform. This is not a substitute for an in-person visit when one is needed — and if it is, you will be told so directly.
• NOT a long or immediate discussion. One question, one considered reply. If you need a clarification, 1–2 short follow-ups within 24 hrs are included. That is where it ends.
• NOT an emergency line. If your child needs urgent care, call your doctor or go to the ER. This service exists for everything that falls between panic and nothing.
